Road to Prep is operated by Road to Prep. This policy explains what we collect, who can see it, and the choices families have.

Who creates athlete profiles

Athlete profiles are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly let anyone under 18 create an account on their own.

Who can see an athlete's profile

Only the athlete's family, verified staff at schools on Road to Prep, and our administrators. Profiles are never public and never appear in search engines. Families choose whether schools can see GPA, SSAT scores and financial aid plans, and can turn off search visibility at any time.

Contact between schools and families

Schools never see a family's email address or phone number. A parent approves each new school before a conversation starts. Messages are delivered by email through a private reply address; replies are posted back to the conversation, and a parent is copied on every message.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), athlete profile details the family enters (sports, stats, academics, highlights, events), messages, and basic usage needed to run the service, such as which schools viewed a profile. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

What we never do

We do not sell personal information, show third-party ads, or share athlete data with anyone other than verified school staff on the platform.

Your choices

Families can edit or delete an athlete profile at any time, download their data on request, and change email settings from Membership. To request deletion or a copy of your data, email info@roadtoprep.com.
